We had a problem with our new thermostat, which I installed, and called Albert’s for help. We are a member of Albert’s service contract program and when I called at 802 a.m. to inquire about a service call, we were informed that someone would be here by noon. Within 1 hour a service technician arrived, problem solved quickly. Tom, the service technician, was very professional, respectful and explained what was the problem. I had not fully inserted the cover into place, therefore, the thermostat wasn’t reading the cooling temperature correctly. Being a member of the service contract program is worth every penny spent.
