Albert’s is my go-to when I need work done on my furnace and AC unit. They’re always quick to answer phone calls (even on weekends, which is very appreciated), and recently I needed a new furnace. I called Saturday afternoon and they were able to fully install it and my new thermostat on Monday. They are prompt, fair, professional, do a great job and don’t give you the runaround or treat you like you’re stupid. I will continue to use their services!!!

Just want to give a shout out to the guys & gals at Albert's Heating & Cooling. After being out of town for a week or so, I got back in the night before Thanksgiving and discovered water on my floor coming from my hot water tank. I crossed my fingers and held off on calling until Friday morning hoping that my Thanksgiving wouldn't include 40 gallons of water spilling out onto my floor. Joe said that he would check on a few things and call me right back, which he did. WITHIN ONE HOUR, Chad and Russ were at my door with a brand-new tank. It was up and running in short order. They were professional and knowledgeable, answering any questions that I had. I would highly recommend Albert's to anyone in need of HVAC (and hot water tank!) service. Thanks guys!!
